example should help. Our pricing structure is based on your lot size, not the neighborhood
you live in.
Simply $40 to $50 for under half acre, $45 to $65 for over half acre to acre.

Mowing turf at appropriate heights and frequencies is a major component of a turf
management scheme designed to develop a dense, actively growing, attractive turf.   When
mowed too short, turf can become open, allowing weed invasion such as crabgrass or
dandelions also turf mowed too short often has poorly-developed root systems and reduced
rhizome spread, which also contributes to the development of a thin, open turf. For these
reasons, it is important to find the balance that produces attractive, healthy turf in an
efficient manner.


Whenever we visit for a service call we collect and remove all balls and toys from the areas to
be mowed or treated. We also blow off the street, driveway, sidewalks up to the front door
mat and rear areas that are around your home. Besides any grass clippings that there might
be it also takes care of twigs , leaves, branches, debris that might have collected in areas.  
Also included is periodic metal edging along concrete plus spraying weeds in cracks and
crevices to give your property the manicured look you have a right to expect.

control started in spring.    

You also should expect not to have your turf damaged by mowing after a rainfall which
causes compaction. Another serious problem mowing during drought, heat wave conditions.
