The cost of tree and shrub maintenance for an average size home with
foundation plantings and some treesi n the yard would be about $140.00.  
This estimate is based on 2 men/2 hours and includes, pruning, trimming, and
shaping shrubs, bed weeding.
Large properties with mature plantings take two to three men approximately
four hours so the approximate cost would range from $280 to $420 depending
the amount of plant material and if property has been maintained regularly. We
can put down pre-emergent to keep weeds from sprouting and suggest bi-
weekly or monthly visits for upkeep. Appropriate seasonal insect control is
also available.
Our labor rate is $35.00 per man hour with a minimum of 2 men/2 hours.
Estimates are free if you know what you want done and just need a cost for
your project. We can discuss your project when you call.

Aeration starts at $160.00, core aerating 40,000 square feet would be $480.
Aeration and seeding starts at $300.00.

Leaf clean up is at regular labor rate of $35.00 per man hour 2 men 2 hour
minimum.
Premium compost and topsoil $35 and $40 a yard, 10 yd.minimum.
Turf top dressing $50 a yard 10 yard minimum.

Spreading top soil and compost available.

Black dyed mulch $30.00 a yard, $35.00 a man hour to install.
A premium golf course type fertilizer is available to landscaping maintenance
clients and/or natural fertilizer derived from composted poultry manure,
ammonium sulfate, methylene urea, soft rock phosphate, sulfate of potash,
ferrous sulfate.
